Our chocolates are all handmade, and the colored ones are hand painted. We use a blend of fair trade and direct trade organic chocolate for all of our confections. Our chocolates do not contain Soy Lecithin. We take pride in flavoring our chocolates from the source (orange zest, lavender petals, etc) rather than the use of extracts, oils and compounds whenever possible. Our assortments vary with the seasons and are comprised of mostly truffles, and a small proportion of caramels and creams.
